Eurovia UK achieves Investors in People Standard at silver level

Eurovia UK has been awarded silver accreditation against the Investors in People (IIP) Standard, demonstrating its commitment to high performance through good people management.

Having held the IIP standard since 2008, continued recognition for the management, support and development of employees was achieved following a reassessment - this included questionnaires, focus groups and individual interviews over a period of three months.

Kristine Pollock, Eurovia UK Human Resources Director, said: “Being awarded silver level is a great achievement for the company and is something that all our employees should be proud of.  Our accreditation lasts for the next three years and, in line with IIP’s recommendations, we will continue to look to make improvements in people management throughout the organisation. I would like to thank all employees for their contribution and dedication to the company.”

Pauline Helliar-Symons, Assessor for the IIP, said: “I am really delighted for Eurovia UK. I have seen many examples of great progress since the last review three years ago!”

IIP is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the IIP framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. IIP enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale. Silver accreditation is awarded to the top five percentile of organisations assessed.

Paul Devoy, Head of IIP, said: “We’d like to congratulate Eurovia UK. IIP accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Eurovia UK should be extremely proud of its achievement.”
